Signed by Cynthia for a fan named Dan. (A Twist of Lennon is the name of her first book). This is when Cyn & John attended a Foyles’ luncheon for John’s book,In His Own Write (1964). Oh and by the way, this even was 50 years ago TODAY :O Can you believe it ?

April 23rd, 1964 - Cynthia & John attend John's book launch at Foyles.

 John Lennon's first book, In His Own Write, was published on March 23rd, the initial print run of 50,000 copies being an instant sell-out. During his thank you speech, which lasted about 5 seconds, some say he said "Thank you very much, and God bless you"while some others, like Brian Epstein, heard "Thank you all very much. You've got a lucky face".
