Next to Maureen or Pattie, Cynthia had a very formal look in my opinion. Before going out with John, she dreamed of having a more bohemian look but wore twin-sets (that's why John called her prim). She changed it a bit, dying her hair à la Brigitte Bardot and buying tight leather trousers but was always the most conservative (clothing-wise) beatle girl.
